Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers representing the rich diversity and broad interests of our community. They provide the leadership to conduct the business affairs of the Foundation. They are all community leaders, chosen for their sensitivity to and knowledge of Cape Cod's needs. Some of the members are appointed by community and civic authorities and others are elected by the Board of Directors. One of their primary tasks is to ensure that the assets of the Foundation are well managed and fund earnings are used appropriately. In addition to exercising leadership to promote the welfare of our community, the Board is responsible for awarding grants. Board members also serve on committees to guide specific areas of Foundation endeavors.
