EFFICIENT-- As a public charity, the Foundation offers the highest level of tax benefit available to donors. A fund with the Cape Cod Foundation pays no tax on investment income and is covered under the Foundation's Informational Tax Return (Form 990).  A single audit covers all of our funds.

SECURE-- The Board of Directors of the Cape Cod Foundation is comprised of community and business leaders, half of whom are appointed by outside agencies ensuring unbiased and well-rounded decisions. The board provides stewardship for all contributed funds. We are here for the long haul.
