The Community Development Partnership in Eastham is adding that unusual feather to its cap by expanding the use of solar power on its affordable housing units.  The combined kilowatts generated by the project will be shared across its entire portfolio and help reduce energy costs for over 50 families.  Click here to read more

Scholarship Application

 

The deadline for the majority of Cape Cod Foundation scholarships has passed. The following scholarships are still open through our online application system. You can access the online applications through the links below.  You will be required to create a log-in and then you will have access to the application. The Cape Cod Foundation will NOT accept incomplete or late applications, or applications submitted on incorrect forms, so please pay close attention to details.

Important note on the online application: as part of your application, you will be required to have letters of recommendation. You make these requests to your recommender through our online system. You WILL NOT be able to submit your application without these letters having been received. You MUST check back to ensure they have been received, and then SUBMIT your application in order for it to be considered complete and for it to be forwarded on to the review committee for consideration.

To apply for the Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP) Career Connect Scholarship, which has a deadline of midnight on April 15, 2013, click here. This scholarship is for adult students (ages 21+) to return to school, train in a new profession, or to take courses to develop their professional life on Cape Cod. Possible courses of study include: continuing college student (undergraduate or graduate); certificate programs; professional leadership courses; certificate or other education training programs. Applicants may be attending either full-or part-time and must have resided on Cape Cod (Barnstable County) for the past three consecutive years. Board and staff of CCYP as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible for this scholarship.

To apply for the Michele Marks-McCormick Memorial Scholarship, which has a deadline of midnight on September 23, 2013, click here. This scholarship is for female students from Cape Cod or the Islands who are planning to pursue a career in aviation to attend college or to obtain their private pilot's license. 

 
To apply for the Robert and Claire Munroe Woods Hole Golf Club Scholarship, which has a deadline of midnight on August 1, 2013, click here. This scholarship is for students who have been consistently employed at the Woods Hole Golf Club as caddies, pro shop assistants, or grounds crew personnel during at least 2 summers who are/will be attending a 2- or 4-year accredited college or university.
