The Cape Cod Foundation Reports $100 Million in Assets After Another Unprecedented Year of Growth

The Cape Cod Foundation was established in 1989 with a single $10,000 scholarship fund. Now, a little more than three decades later, the nonprofit organization reports assets exceeding $100 million. To date, it has also distributed more than $90 million back into the community in scholarships to local students and grants to nonprofit organizations serving residents across Cape Cod.

The Harwich Fund Awards $1500 to Behavioral Health Innovators for Teen Speaker Series

The Harwich Fund of The Cape Cod Foundation has awarded $1500 to Behavioral Health Innovators to underwrite a one-of-a-kind speaker series for students at Monomoy Regional High School to help them understand and circumvent addiction. The specific goals of the program are to teach students about the teenage brain and the biology of addiction, the problems of self-medication with substances, and ways to avoid substance use.

The Falmouth Fund Announces Grant Opportunities

The Falmouth Fund of The Cape Cod Foundation has launched its 13th year of grantmaking and will award up to $100,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations serving the Falmouth community. Since its inception, the Fund has distributed more than $900,000 in grants to nearly 90 nonprofit organizations.
