Caitlin Buckley, Capacity Building & Strategic Partnerships Officer

Caitlin Buckley joined the Cape Cod Foundation in 2020. As Capacity Building and Strategic Partnerships Officer, she is primarily responsible for managing the expansion and refinement of the Cape Cod Foundation’s holistic capacity building program for local nonprofit organizations as well as the Foundation’s civic leadership efforts.

Caitlin started her career in a similar position with CHNA17, coordinating grantmaking and capacity building initiatives for community-based organizations in the greater Cambridge area. Most recently she directed youth development, workforce development, and public health education programming at the Allston Brighton Substance Abuse Task Force and Groundwork Lawrence.

Caitlin earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Sociology from Brandeis University. She also earned a master’s degree in Prevention Science from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is originally from Malden, MA. In her free time, she loves hiking, reading (especially at the beach), and interior decorating.
