We will use this information to help direct our own grantmaking and share it with other fundholders within the Foundation and in the community.

At this time, there is no formal application process for The Cape Cod Foundation Strategic EMERGENCY Response Fund. In order to simplify the process for our nonprofit partners, we anticipate making grants proactively based on what we learn from your input and community conversations. Cape Cod Foundation’s Grantmaking Program supports all areas of our community: health, human services, the environment, education, the arts, and community development. There are Community Impact Grants, Town Fund Grants, and grants from other donor-advised funds available.
