Tracy Kramer, Director of Operations

In January 2019, Tracy Kramer was selected as the Foundation’s first Director of Operations. In this position, she works directly with the President and CEO and the Foundation’s multi-disciplinary professional team to communicate and execute the organization’s strategic plan. She is responsible for building effective operations and programs that lead to high performance at all levels of the organization.

Tracy has over a decade of experience in organizational management, most recently with Emerald Physicians, a member of Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc, where she helped integrate five established medical practices into the Emerald Physicians’ Group and co-managed 13 separate medical offices, which included 51 medical providers and an administrative staff. She also created and implemented training systems for new hires and directed multiple project teams that enabled organizational growth and operational efficiencies.

Tracy earned a BA in Law and Society from American University in Washington, DC. Upon graduation, she worked as a Crime Scene Investigator for the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office for eight years before transitioning into the field of operational management. Tracy was born and raised in Barnstable where she now resides with her husband and two children.
