Holly Harney

Holly is an attorney practicing law in the area of domestic relations, civil litigation and criminal defense. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and New England law 2002. Following law school, she worked for the District Attorney’s office for the Cape and Islands. She began her work in private practice in 2010 at Carter and DeYoung in Hyannis, where she remained until opening her own practice in 2017. Holly is on several area boards, including South Coast Legal Services and the Barnstable County Bar Association. She is also active in the community, volunteering for the Courts as well as for other area nonprofits. She resides in Falmouth with her husband and two children.
