Providing nonprofits with resources beyond grants is essential for fostering sustainable growth and impact. This includes offering training, mentorship, and access to networks that can enhance their operational capabilities and effectiveness.

In 2026, we partnered with Resilia, the leading all-in-one nonprofit capacity-building platform, and invited recent grantees, including those who received grants from The Women and Girls Fund, to participate in the pilot program.

Through Resilia, local nonprofit organizations receive unlimited access to a full suite of online services, including access to courses, personalized coaching, and peer networks, at no cost. They can also enroll as many individuals from their organizations as they like, including board members.

Offerings include:

• Self-paced Learning:  More than 300 front- and back-office resources spanning 15 topical areas, including bite-sized courses, curated learning tracks, and articles on fundraising, board management, grants, strategic planning, compliance, and people operations
• Ready-to-use Tools & Templates: Downloadable templates and AI-assisted content tools that turn learning into deliverables, from fundraising plans and bylaws to testimonials, impact stories, and annual reports

We selected Resilia to better support the evolving needs of our nonprofit partners and respond to requests for more capacity-building support in areas such as board development, strategic planning, fundraising, and donor outreach.

Nonprofit participation is optional and confidential. Resilia will only inform us of overall usage and trends so that we can continue to gauge the needs of the nonprofit sector and the effectiveness of the program.
