We are pleased to announce that applications for our 2026 Open Door and Catalyst Grant Programs will open on April 15. For 2026, we continue our focus on engaging with and strengthening nonprofits. Learn more about our grant programs HERE.
Please join one of our online information sessions to speak with members of the Foundation’s program team and learn about grant opportunities. Attendance is optional and does not affect grant decisions.

SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:
A brief introduction to The Cape Cod Foundation, our Strengthening Nonprofits strategy, and an overview of our 2026 grant offerings, including our new Catalyst Grant Program.
There will also be an informal, open Q&A for general questions, such as:
-Technical assistance with our online grant management system
-How to connect with the Foundation
-Information about our grant programs. Participants can submit questions via the Chat function throughout the presentation.
Please note that the following will not be covered:
-Town Fund Grants: Applications for the Town Fund Grants will open on August 4, 2026. A separate online information session will be scheduled for August.
-Women and Girls Fund Grants: Applications will open in the Fall.
