Competitive Grant Programs

The Cape Cod Foundation develops permanent and flexible endowment funds to help nonprofit organizations seize opportunities and respond to the existing and emerging needs of communities across Cape Cod. Our grantmaking is broad and supports all areas of our community: health, human services, the environment, education, the arts, and community development.

We are particularly interested in supporting initiatives that align with our ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY and respond to our PROGRAMMATIC PRIORITIES. For 2026, we continue our focus on engaging with and strengthening nonprofits. We encourage you to review these materials to learn if your initiative is a fit for funding.
