Competitive Grant Programs: Town Fund Grants
The Cape Cod Foundation currently administers and oversees the grantmaking process for four Town Funds. Each one started as a grass roots movement by residents who wanted to support the important work nonprofits were doing in their communities. ANNUAL GRANT CYCLES
The Grant Cycles for The Chatham Fund, The Falmouth Fund, The Harwich Fund, and The Fund for Sandwich have closed. The next grant cycle will begin in August 2024. Visit the individual Town Fund pages for additional information.
