DESCRIPTION: The Fund for Sandwich accepts grant proposals from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations providing direct services to the Sandwich community. Organizations can be located outside of Sandwich, but all projects and programs must support the town’s residents. The Fund considers a wide range of proposals across many fields, including health, human services, youth and aging services, education, the environment, and the arts. It is especially interested in proposals that positively impact the neediest in the community and those that provide creative solutions to problems. At this time, it is unlikely the Fund will consider proposals to fund capital campaigns, major capital improvements, endowment building, and monuments and memorials.
