Board of Directors
Officers
The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers representing the rich diversity and broad interests of our community. They provide the leadership to conduct the business affairs of the Foundation. They are all community leaders, chosen for their sensitivity to and knowledge of Cape Cod’s needs. One of their primary tasks is to ensure that the assets of the Foundation are well managed and fund earnings are used appropriately. In addition to exercising leadership to promote the welfare of our community, the Board is responsible for awarding grants.
