Investment Committee

The Foundation’s Board appoints the members and oversees the activity of the Investment Committee which operates within the guidelines established by the Investment Policy Statement.  The Committee, drawing on deep experience and extensive relationships within the financial community, actively seeks to achieve intergenerational equity by maintaining and enhancing the purchasing power of the assets entrusted to its stewardship.

In pursuit of its goals, the Foundation utilizes the services of various investment managers. Examples of some of our partnerships include: Gannett, Welsh and Kotler (GWK),  Commonfund, Cape Cod Five Trust & Asset Management, The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF),  and Boston Trust Walden.
