To set up your portal access, please request an access link from:

 She will also need you to supply or verify your current email address. Your email will be your username. You will then receive an email from The Cape Cod Foundation <no-reply@fcsuite.com> with an access link to create your password. Please note that your username and password are case-sensitive. After your initial login using the email link, you can log in at any time from this page of our website.
