Up to $5,000 for organizations with a budget size of $25,000-$49,000
Up to $10,000 for organizations with a budget size of $50,000 or more

DESCRIPTION

Please note that the criteria for Open Door Grants have changed for 2025.
Open Door Grants are grants for organizations serving Barnstable County that are NEW to the Foundation or who have not received a discretionary grant (Program Grant, Open Door Grant, Capacity Building Grant or Anniversary Grant) in the last five years.

First time applicants are welcome to apply. Due to the nature of this grant, public schools, private schools and government organizations are not eligible. Organizations with an operating budget size of less than $25,000, or who have been in operation for less than one year, are also excluded.

Applicants can choose to apply for either program funding or for General Operating Support.

Our grant programs are highly competitive. We anticipate that we will award no more than 10 Open Door Grants in 2025.
