Lauren Dreyer, Program Officer
Lauren Dreyer joined The Cape Cod Foundation in September 2025 as a temporary Grants Coordinator and transitioned to a full-time role as Program Officer in December 2025. She is responsible for overseeing diverse grant programs and special initiatives to maximize community impact. Her work spans database oversight, reporting, and evaluation, with a focus on streamlining workflows, tracking outcomes, and supporting cross-team initiatives to enhance the Foundation’s philanthropic effectiveness. She also maintains strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners.
Lauren brings over a decade of experience in marketing and project management. She spent seven years at a leading consumer packaged goods company, guiding its growth from a small start-up through acquisition, where she led digital marketing and later international expansion. She has also managed projects for other CPG, nonprofit, and tech organizations both on Cape Cod and nationally. Her expertise includes process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, complemented by strong communication and leadership skills. Lauren is deeply committed to helping the Cape community thrive by leveraging her expertise to strengthen local nonprofits and create meaningful impact
Originally from Nebraska, Lauren has fond memories of summers on the beaches of East Dennis. In 2022, she and her husband made Cape Cod their permanent home, settling in Brewster with their two dogs. In her free time, you can find her walking along Paine’s Creek Beach at low tide, running on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or traveling.
Together, we have invested more than $113 million in grants and scholarships in the Cape Cod Community. For good.
