Donating is as Easy as 1-2-3!

 Well, our big anniversary year is almost over, and I must admit, it’s been fun being 35 (all over again)! There’s a lot to like about this industrious double digit. In numerology, it’s associated with change, progress, growth, and transformation. It’s also a wellspring of creativity and expression. And to give the number even more synergy with Foundation work, its components 3, 5, and their sum—the mighty 8—are called “the money triad” because they’re good at creating wealth through a combination of strategy, expansion, communication, and financial expertise.

Yep, there’s power in numbers. And thirty-five has a lot going for it—especially its numerological propensity to build something of lasting value for society. And that’s been our mission from the start. That’s what we’ve accomplished together.

In our 35th year, we have distributed over $4 million in grants and scholarships so far, advanced strategic partnerships, invested in shared resources and nonprofit leadership development opportunities, and launched a multi-million-dollar community challenge to build resources for our community

And, while we can’t stay 35 forever, we can take everything we’ve learned and built over the last 12,784 days and roll it into our 36th year. It’s no coincidence, the number six is connected to compassion and service to others. With your continued support, we can continue to do just that.

RAISED ADDITIONAL $2.5+ MILLION FOR GRANTMAKING. As of September 1, we’ve met 70%+ of our goal in our $3.5 Community Challenge—our biggest ever!

DISTRIBUTED $3,022,400 IN GRANTS TO NONPROFITS. Supporting critical programs and capacity building initiatives throughout the nonprofit sector.

AWARDED $1.5+ MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIPS. The Cape Cod Foundation and our partner, the Cape Cod Association, continue to support education.

AWARDED $280,000 IN ANNIVERSARY GRANTS. Eight nonprofits each received a $35,000 multi-year grant for general operating support.
