In this section, you’ll learn about the community-based research we used to inform our strategic plan for The Women and Girls Fund.  The quantitative data provided by The Cape Cod Commission is from 2019.  We will compile updated data from this and other sources in 2027 to get a more current view of the status of women and girls on Cape Cod.

Through the link at right, you can also meet the Leadership Team, an impressive group of high-achieving women representative of our community, who are deeply invested in advancing the lives of women and girls on Cape Cod.

 To date, we have distributed $154,000 in grants to 14 local nonprofit organizations.  ou can review the programs and initiatives we’ve funded to date and learn about the impact they’ve had on the nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve here. We will announce our 2026 grants in late fall 2026. 

In addition, this year we launched a new initiative that provides past recipients of The Women and Girls Fund and other Foundation funds access to a powerful online resource designed to help nonprofits build stronger systems, enhance creativity, and streamline workflows.
