About The Falmouth Fund

THE FALMOUTH FUND
The Falmouth Fund, a permanent endowment fund of The Cape Cod Foundation, was established in 2009 to provide grants to nonprofit organizations doing important work in all areas of community life: health and human services; education, youth, and recreation; arts and culture; and the environment. The members of our Advisory Committee are deeply invested in the nonprofit sector and actively fundraise to build our endowment to meet the needs of Falmouth now and for generations to come. The Falmouth Fund supports organizations that are responsive to community needs and opportunities and those that innovate, collaborate, and work strategically to enhance the quality of life in Falmouth. THE CAPE COD FOUNDATION
The Cape Cod Foundation, established in 1989, is one of 1,000 community foundations nationwide. It actively builds flexible resources to meet unmet needs and invests in nonprofit programs and capacity-building initiatives, shared community resources, partnerships with broad regional impact, and nonprofit leadership development to strengthen the Cape Cod region. Because the Town Fund model is an extremely effective way to promote local philanthropy throughout the region, the Foundation provides Town Funds with financial management and ongoing grantmaking, marketing, and administrative support to give them immediate and long-term visibility, credibility, functionality, and continuity and to help them grow.  CAPECODFOUNDATION.ORG
